Privacy Policy
Infidelity+ for iPhone and iPad. Last updated October 2, 2026.
This policy covers the Infidelity+ app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”), published by Brian Burke (“we”).
What we collect
The app does not collect personal information. It has no account or sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking of its own.
Your pictures
The app opens a picture only when you choose it from Photos or Files, or send it to the app from another one. Pictures are edited on your iPhone or iPad, and we do not receive them. Subject, Object and People selections are made on the device by Apple’s Vision framework.
The app asks for one permission: to add pictures to your photo library, which it does only when you export to Photos. It does not read your library; the system’s picker hands the app only the picture you choose.
Purchases
The free trial and the one-time unlock are sold by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The app asks Apple, on your device, whether you have started the trial or bought the unlock. Apple’s own privacy policy covers those purchases.
Crash reports
If you have chosen in your device’s settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may share crash reports and anonymous usage statistics with us. We use them only to find and fix problems.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will say so and its date will change.
